How can we help you?
We work with clinicians to support them to reflect on their client work, understand their models of practice, develop their skills and theory base, understand the strengths they bring to their work and manage the personal and professional impact of their work and to develop sustainable work practices.
We work together to enhance professional skills, knowledge and approaches, in order to provide quality support.
We offer individual supervision in line with AASW Supervision Standards.
We can also assist you if you are looking for support with your AMHSW application and if you are seeking an external supervisor during your field placement.
In supervision we can cover:
- Case reviews
- Critical thinking and reflection models
- Counselling skills and processes in therapeutic work
- Systemic frameworks
- Quality in documentation such as case noting
- Ethical dilemmas
- Organisational issues and change
- Self-care to prevent burn out
Together we develop a supervision contract that outlines your learning style and goals for professional development.
