Tamera Broughton
Director of CSC and Mental Health Clinician
Tamera is a Mental Health Social Worker with over seven years of post-graduate experience within community and clinical mental health and health related fields.
Tamera works with individuals and couples to help them make sense of their challenges and develop ways to better manage difficult times and thrive in life.
Tamera is a passionate lifelong learner, loves to read and listen to podcasts. She recently embarked on a tree change to the country where she is slowly building up her collection of indoor plants and is head slave to her dog, Punky the staffy.
Tamera’s approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, sensitive and non-judgmental. Tamera utilizes a number of evidenced based approaches in her practice including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method (specifically with couples).

Amy Howell
Director of CSC and Mental Health Clinician
Amy Howell is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Her true passion lies in therapeutic work and currently works 3 days a week offering therapy. Amy is passionate about supporting people across all developmental stages with their emotional, social and mental health. Amy believes that therapy can offer a wonderful platform for self-discovery and personal growth.
Amy has a particular interest in supporting client’s experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, coping with stress, family violence and supporting people through adjustment issues.
Amy loves adventures with her dog Pepperoni, being in nature and going on camping trips. She also enjoys learning, going to art galleries, taking photos and being creative.
Amy is warm, non-judgmental and holistic in her approach. Amy utilises person centred, trauma informed and strengths-based frameworks in her approach. Amy brings strong advocacy skills and an empathetic to her work.
Amy is committed to providing evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems.
In addition to therapy, Amy is available for consultation, training and supervision.

Bronte Taylor
Bronte is a Mental Health Social Worker with five years of post-graduate experience within community mental health.
Bronte works with individuals to discover what wellness looks like and feels like for them.
Bronte is a mother to an energetic little one and loves being outdoors, such as going camping and walking. Bronte enjoys reading and is always working on a craft project.
Brontes approach to therapy is non-judgmental, warm, compassionate and collaborative. Bronte uses a range of approaches such as person-centered practice, strengths based and trauma informed frameworks. Bronte is a generalist therapist who supports individuals to identify what is important to them and build capacity and skills to create the life they want. As someone who loves learning and growing their own knowledge, Bronte is passionate about supporting the development of other practitioners. Bronte offers a safe and supportive space to explore practice and take part in critical reflection in individual and group supervision.
