Our Approach to Counselling
Here at Centre Self Collective we encourage and empower EVERYONE to prioritize their mental, emotional and social health.
We aim to create a safe community for people to speak about mental health and seek support. To change the conversation by influencing the health care sector through leadership and advocacy. WE tailor each session to the individual and work from a trauma informed and strengths based framework.
We value, Health and wellbeing, connection, community, integrity and growth mindset. To be known as a service that makes people feel safe and offers therapy, workshops, education, and tools.
