Mindfulness
Mindfulness involves paying attention with curiosity to the present moment. Paying attention to the present moment means we are noticing what is happening to our mind, body and our environment, and we practice this without any judgement. Mindfulness is a powerful evidenced based tool with many benefits. Some benefits include:

What we do in therapy is use a combination of physical, emotional and mental exercises to assist people with stress, anxiety and pain. We offer:

- Psycho-education about stress and how it impacts the brain and body

- How to embrace core attitudes of mindfulness
- Skills for interpersonal mindfulness

Small groups/Workshops
Small group sessions can be arranged. Please fill out our enquiry form if you are interested in booking a session for a small group such as a workplace or community group. Medicare Mental Health Care Plans can be used for groups.
Referral Pathways
