Create Your Self-Care Menu

July 18 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

A$60.00
An interactive workshop to create a menu of self care strategies to support you through motherhood.

Do you often put your needs last and wish self-care felt more doable in motherhood?

Are you craving simple, realistic ways to support your emotional well-being?

Do you struggle to know what actually helps when you’re feeling overwhelmed or depleted?

Would you love to build a self-care plan that fits you – without guilt or pressure?

Does the idea of a warm, supportive space where you can explore self care your way sound like exactly what you need?

Are you looking for strategies that go beyond bubble baths and actually help you cope when things feel hard?

In this 90-minute workshop we will support you to create a personalised Self-Care menu that draws from evidence based strategies to support distress tolerance and emotional regulation. Our workshop is designed to go deeper than the surface and provide you with a toolbox that can be drawn on throughout motherhood.

Join us for a nurturing and creative evening designed to help mothers build a personalised toolkit for self-care. This in-person interactive workshop will guide you in designing your own “Self-Care Menu”—complete with entree, mains, and desserts—filled with tailored coping strategies to support you through the challenges of motherhood.

What to Expect:

  • Practical Tools: Create a physical take home self-care menu to support your emotional well-being.
  • Creative Expression: Customise your menu with self-care practices that work for you
  • Community Connection: Share in a warm, judgment-free space with other mothers

Perfect for those seeking gentle, actionable ways to prioritise self-care, this event offers a meaningful close to Birth Trauma Awareness Week.

What We’ll Create:

Your very own Self-Care Menu, featuring:

Light Support (Entree):Quick, nourishing practices for when you’re stretched thin

Substantial Support (Mains):More involved strategies for when you need deeper replenishment

Full Nourishment (Desserts):Special, soul-filling care for when you’re completely depleted
