Join our webinar to explore research on the key factors linked to enhancing therapeutic effectiveness.

Therapeutic Effectiveness

The presentation will be focusing on the empirical research around how therapy works and what factors are associated with increased therapeutic effectiveness. There will also be some content on evidence-backed ways for therapists to increase their effectiveness.

Some of the questions we’ll explore:

  • How can we quantitatively measure how effective therapy is?
  • Are different therapeutic approaches more effective than others?
  • What does empirical research suggest regarding how therapy works? Specifically will look at the “medical model” vs the “contextual model” here.
  • What therapist factors are associated with effectiveness?
  • How can therapists improve their effectiveness?
