Hey, you. Let’s talk about self-care and mental wellbeing.

Centre Self Collective is private mental health practice providing therapy in person and online.

Founded by mental health professionals with an ethos for working holistically, you can find here on the website a hub for social, emotional and mental health. The well-being hub has evidenced-based tools and resources to help you learn skills, build confidence and develop resilience to manage stress and thrive in your life.

Services we provide

At Centre Self Collective we strongly believe in taking the stigma out of mental health. That’s why we’ve put together a comprehensive suite of services that touch on all aspects of mental health.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and it is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

This approach is based on over 40 years of research and integrates evidenced based interventions to help couples better manage conflict, increase intimacy, respect and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy; and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the relationship.
