Why Choose Centre Self Collective for Birth and Pregnancy?
Our therapy journey begins with understanding your unique experiences and identifying the schemas that influence your emotional well-being. The goal? To help you shift unhelpful coping styles, break free from limiting patterns, and discover how to meet your emotional needs in healthy, adaptive ways.
We believe every person deserves to have their core needs fulfilled. Through the schema therapy framework, we work towards helping you achieve balance in these five key areas:
Specialised Expertise
Our counsellors specialise in the unique challenges and joys that come with new motherhood. We bring a wealth of experience and understanding to our sessions.
Flexible and Convenient
We understand the demands of motherhood. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling options, including virtual sessions, to accommodate your busy life. We welcome you to bring your baby to your sessions if that feels good for you. We want to ensure these sessions are as accessible as possible.
Judgment-Free Zone
We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. Your experiences are valid, and we are here to listen and support you without judgment.
Holistic Approach
Our approach is holistic, considering the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of your well-being. We believe in addressing the whole person to support your journey into motherhood.
