I am passionate about professional mentoring and supervision, creating a collaborative space where clinicians, leaders, and managers can grow in confidence, clarity, and capability. My style is both reflective and practical, I see supervision as part teaching, part mentoring, and part partnership. I love supporting people to strengthen their skills, expand their thinking, and step into their professional identity with confidence.

Supervision with me is a space to reflect, recharge, and refine. It can be a place to untangle complex cases, learn new approaches, celebrate successes, or strategise for future growth. I bring a mentor-style approach, offering both guidance and encouragement, while tailoring the focus to your unique needs and goals. I support practitioners at all stages of their careers, from students and early-career clinicians to senior leaders, across diverse fields of practice.
