Therapeutic approaches
Greg is a registered Creative Arts Therapist with 17 years of experience working with young people and families in school, community, rehabilitation and corrections settings. Throughout his career, Greg has facilitated group therapy sessions, delivered structured, evidence-based Art Therapy sessions, and collaborated closely with multidisciplinary mental health teams to ensure that clients feel genuinely heard and supported.
Greg has a deep understanding of the challenges neurodiverse children, adolescents, and families face and is passionate about supporting them. He also has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing social isolation, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, anger, relational and attachment concerns, behavioural challenges, substance use, and general mental health concerns. He is passionate about using creativity to help others explore and express their emotions.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys creating and playing music, drawing, painting, spending time at art galleries and live music venues and trying to convince his bulldog to go for walks.
