About
Greg Neale
Over the past 17 years I have worked with young people and their families in different settings and am passionate about offering support to allied health clinicians, youth justice workers, and teachers to preserve the work they do and provide a safe space for reflection.
I offer both individual and group supervision spaces to help others learn to reflect, manage stress, and grow professionally. This is especially valuable as it helps to build resilience and preventing workplace exhaustion. Additionally, I offer team consultations for school leaders and coordinators seeking strategies to foster a positive school culture, manage the wellbeing of their teams, and address the mental health needs of students more effectively.
