I care deeply about the wellbeing of allied health professionals, and I see supervision as a powerful tool to promote both professional growth and sustainability in your work. Seeking external supervision can allow for a more expansive type of reflection than you may experience within your workplace, where there is often a disparity of power between supervisor and supervisee and focus on organisational requirements.
As your supervisor, I’m here to hold a safe and confidential space to delve deeply into your practice. Supervision sessions can be flexible and responsive to your needs – together, we might explore a complex case, focus on clinical skill development, process your personal response and experience of your work, or reflect on challenges and celebrate successes.
I am particularly interested in supporting allied health professionals who may be navigating working within systems where there is a disconnect from their own values, and those working towards decolonization, abolition and liberation.

- Critical reflection
- Ethical dilemmas
- Moral injury
- Burnout prevention and recovery
- Supporting young people with complex traumatic experiences

As a social worker, I care deeply about others in the profession and am passionate about offering support in the supervision space. I see supervision as a dedicated place to critically reflect, share burdens and successes and work towards being our best selves as practitioners so we can continue to do the work in a rewarding yet challenging sector.
With 7 years of experience working in housing and homelessness I have been exposed to different systemic issues, power imbalances, and had to think creatively regarding support while maintaining boundaries around my own self-care and capacity. Together, we might explore complex cases, case management skills, boundaries or reflect on the personal impacts of your work.
You can expect collaboration, humor, and a dynamic space. I will meet you where you are in your professional journey and support needs.

I provide clinical supervision to allied health professionals that is collaborative, reflective, and empowering. I believe that as professionals, we are the tool for our clients – and that caring for ourselves through critical reflection and selfcare practices is essential to showing up with presence and integrity in our work.
In supervision, we explore your practice in a way that invites curiosity and growth. My supervision style utilises reflective questioning to support practitioners in finding their own insights rather than being told what they “should” do. Together, we reflect on how your values, experiences, and social location influence your work with clients, while identifying areas for ongoing professional development.
Our conversations may include exploring personal triggers and emotional responses, navigating organisational challenges such as workload, boundaries, and systemic pressures, and workshopping ethical dilemmas that arise in practice. We may also focus on case formulation skills, applying social work approaches, practical discussions around crisis intervention strategies, risk assessment and safety planning, and using professional frameworks to guide ethical and accountable practice.
Each session is shaped by what you most need – whether that’s space for reflection, skill development and professional growth, or refining selfcare approaches to sustain your practice. I am an AASW-accredited social worker, currently working towards my AASW mental health accreditation, and have completed clinical supervision training.
